[phas-dept] Town Hall Meeting and BBQ Reminders

Undergraduates, please join us in room 135 today at 4 for our first “Town Hall Meeting.”  Initially, we will have faculty and students present to talk about whatever concerns you have.  Then, the faculty will leave the room and you’ll have a chance to speak freely about things you might not want to say in front of faculty.  I’d ask that someone volunteer to take notes in your private session, and forward those to me.  If possible, it would be best that that person could join us at the beginning of our faculty meeting  Friday at noon to discuss them.

And everyone, please join us for our departmental “welcome back” BBQ tomorrow at 5 pm in the lobby.  We’ll have burgers, dogs (and vegetarian alternatives), and all the fixins.
