[NewIntlStudents] Check-in process for spring students at A&M-Commerce

[New International Students]

All new international students for spring 2015 will schedule their check-in appointment at the International Student Services Office online through the ISSO website.  As a reminder, all new international students are required to check-in in person before they will be allowed to register for courses. We are still admitting students for the spring semester so the ISSO will open the online scheduler for the check-in appointments on December 1, 2014.    We will send out instructions for scheduling your check-in appointment in the next few weeks.  Check-in will be in the ISSO at Halladay Student Servics Building 104 and you may review a map of campus at http://www.tamuc.edu/aboutUs/theCampus/oldcampusMap.pdf.

The schedule for check-in is listed below and the ISSO has provided a number of dates and times for students to complete their check-in with an International Student Advisor in the ISSO.  Students will not be able to register for classes until they have completed check-in.  For more information go to http://bit.ly/1x1NnDq:

*        Monday, December 15 through Friday, December 19 from 1pm-4pm each day in Halladay 104

*        Wednesday, January 7 through Friday, January 9 from 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm each day in Halladay 104

*        Monday, January 12 and Tuesday, January 13 from 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm each day in Halladay 104

*        There will be NO CHECK-IN on Wednesday, January 14

*        Late arrival check-in will be by WALK-IN ONLY (no appointment) on Thursday, January 15 and Friday, January 16 from 1pm-5pm

New students are also required to attend the International Student Orientation on Wednesday, January 14 beginning at 8am in the Rayburn Student Center 213ABC Conference Rooms.
