This email only applies to F-1 students currently studying in the U.S.
at another school or on Optional Practical Training employment at
another school who will begin their studies at A&M-Commerce this spring
2011 semester.
If you are currently studying in the U.S. as an F1 student at another
university or on Optional Practical Training employment (OPT), please
remember you MUST have your SEVIS record and I-20 transferred to
A&M-Commerce no later than 60 days after the end of your previously
enrolled semester or 60 days after your OPT end date as noted on your

Failure to have your SEVIS record and I-20 transferred to A&M-Commerce
within the above timeframe will result in a violation of your visa
status and may jeopardize your ability to continue your studies.
To process your transfer, you will need to:

by you and your most recent international student adviser. You can
print this blank form at
http://web.tamu-commerce.edu/academics/graduateSchool/graduateForms.aspx
.
2) Ask your most current international student adviser to SEVIS
RELEASE you to Texas A&M University-Commerce. You may also need to
provide your admission letter to your current school before transfer can
be completed.
(This must be done within 60 days after your semester/program end date
or OPT end date). Our school code for SEVIS release is DAL214F00099000
