[Msw] Summer registration

FYI - if you're registering for more than 6 semester hours Summer 2013,
you will have to be given an overload permit by the Graduate School.
You don't need to do anything because I'll notify them of every student
who needs the overload permit, but it will take a few extra days for
them to process the permits so please be patient - you'll be able to add
the additional class or classes within a few days.  Once I've issued a
registration permit, it guarantees your place in the class.
