PLEASE READ ENTIRE EMAIL AND PROCEDURES ATTACHMENT BEFORE SUBMITTING
YOUR REGISTRATION REQUEST FOR MAY MINI, SUMMER AND FALL 2013.

 

Attached are the registration instructions and request forms for May
Mini, Summer and Fall 2013 as outlined in the email to you on Tuesday,
March 19th.  Please read and follow the directions to avoid registration
delays.

 

Registration requests are processed in the order in which they are
received so please email your requests to me - do not bring them by the
Social Work Office.  Your email will provide the day and time received
which will allow me to process your request in the proper order.
