Compassionate Care Hospice of North Texas Needs Volunteers!

Compassionate Care Hospice, located in Dallas, TX is seeking Hospice
Volunteers for their patients. Volunteers are invaluable members of the
hospice team, and are such a blessing in the lives of terminally ill
patients and their caregivers! Hospice volunteers serve patients, as
well as hospice staff in several ways. They may provide socialization,
play games with the patient, respite for the caregiver, read to the
patient, and simply sit with the patient to keep them company. They may
also provide support to hospice staff members by helping with
administrative and office duties.

Training to become a Volunteer is provided, and the Volunteer
Coordinator will place each volunteer with a patient that lives closest
to their home. If you are interested in being a blessing by
volunteering to help terminally ill patients and their caregivers,
please contact Yvette Hall, LMSW at (972) 547-3600. Thank you so much
for your consideration!
