[MS Finance] FW: Student Lion Cards

It has come to my attention some students do not have a Lion Card because they thought they were required to come to Commerce to obtain one. If you do not have a Lion Card, please follow the instructions attached.  The card will be sent to the Dallas site for you to pick-up, receive your button and activate your card for entrance into the building and the parking garage.

Every semester the students are sent a "Welcome to Dallas" email with all the instructions to order their Lioncard online for delivery to Dallas where they can then get their access buttons assigned and activated as well. (see snip below).  I am attaching the instruction PDF for you to have on hand, we will more than likely be updating this form a bit for the Spring semester, but for now, you can go with this one.  :)

We have students attending class at the Dallas site.  They have never been to the Commerce campus so they do not have a Lion Card.   Are they able to get a Lion Card online?  Is there a location at the Dallas site that issues Lion Cards?   Students are required to have a Lion Card with an access button at the Dallas site so we need to figure out how they can get one without coming to Commerce.
