There have been issues with students trying to enter the building after 6pm for classes at 6:15.  You are REQUIRED to have your Lion Card for identification on you while in the building.  You are REQUIRED to have a button on your Lion Card for access into the building and for use in the elevator.  Waiting for someone to come out of the door so you can get in is NOT acceptable.  If you need a button, please go to the reception desk on the 19th floor, office #2023 or ask Molly DePue, Genifer Hartfield or Seth Ramsey if you see them in the hallway.  They will make sure you get a button and help you with activation. One of them are in the building from 7am to 8pm Monday through Friday.   Even if you ride the shuttle from Commerce to Dallas, you need an activated button on your Lion Card.    If you have a button already, but have not activated it, please go to the security station in the building lobby and they will activate it for you.  Your button will also allow you to park on the 4th and 5th floors of the parking garage which will keep you out of the weather when it is raining or very cold.
