The Financial Aid Department needs information about the
last day of attendance which I believe was April 4th or
April 11th (cannot remember which Monday it was).

Due to the distance from Paris to Commerce, as well as work
priorities, I could not finish the semester.

Please email or send a letter to the financial aid so I may
try for more schooling in the future.

Below is the attached copy from the Financial Aid
Department.

received All F’s for the Spring 2011 semester while
receiving federal financial aid.  The Return of Title IV
money is calculated based on the date of last attendance;
therefore, it is important that this student provide to the
Financial Aid and Scholarships Office documentation that
shows the last date of attendance/participation in class. 
This documentation can be in the form of a written statement
attesting to the last date of class attendance or
involvement in an academic related activity.  
You may send documentation of this student’s last date
of attendance or participation in your class by email to: 
Deborah_Capehart at tamu-commerce.edu. The deadline is June 8,
2011, to allow time to make the necessary calculations.
