[International Students]

Dear International Students:

Thank you for your feedback on the previous email about mediation of grievances. It was sent in good faith to explain that many of the issues international students have, can be resolved in-house within the Office of International Programs. If you were offended in any way by it, we apologize. It was not meant to be aggravating.

Please note that though there were problems with DSOs in the past, the office is currently filled with new, student-oriented and immigration regulations-savvy advisors who sincerely care about your success. Feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.
