[Intl-stu] Mediation Process for International Student Complaints

Dear International Students:
Going forward, if you have a complaint against the Office of International Programs (OIP), please report it immediately to any of the advisors or Designated School Officials (DSOs). If issue is not resolved at that level, please bring it to the attention of the Director, Dr. Titilola Adewale. Your complaint is important to us and we promise to investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
No longer will the university tolerate international students escalating matters around campus when such can be resolved within the OIP. Thank you very much.
