[Intl-stu] ISSS office hours during semester break

[International Students]

The Office of International Student & Scholar Services (ISSS) will be open this semester break during the regular university business hours. We anticipate that the university and the ISSS will close at 12pm noon on Wednesday, December 23 and we will reopen on Monday, January 4 at 8am. During the week of December 21 the ISSS will have limited staff availability.

Students applying for any benefit with the ISSS (CPT, OPT, OPT STEM Extension) will need to submit their application by Thursday, December 17 to ensure processing by the holiday break.

During the semester break students who need to contact the ISSS staff due to an emergency may contact the University Police Department at 903-886-5868. Examples of an emergency include being detained at the port of entry or having a medical emergency (contact ISSS to assist with System Student Health Insurance Plan information).
