<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">The Office of International Student & Scholar Services (ISSS) will be open this semester break
<b><i>during the regular university business hours</i></b>. <b><i>We anticipate that the university and the ISSS will close at 12pm noon on Wednesday, December 23 and we will reopen on Monday, January 4 at 8am. </i></b>During the week of December 21 the
ISSS will have limited staff availability. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Students applying for any benefit with the ISSS (CPT, OPT, OPT STEM Extension) will need to submit their application by Thursday, December 17 to ensure processing by the holiday break.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;color:black">During the semester break students who need to contact the ISSS staff due to an emergency may contact the University Police Department at 903-886-5868. Examples of an emergency include being detained
at the port of entry or having a medical emergency (contact ISSS to assist with System Student Health Insurance Plan information).<o:p></o:p></span></p>
