[Intl-stu] Mandatory meeting for festival participants

[International Students]

Just a reminder that there is a mandatory meeting on Tuesday, March 6
for any student or student group that want to participate in the
Multicultural Festival on March 30.  Any student or student group
planning on participating in the festival will need to have a
representative (officer or board member preferred) at the meeting.  

 

The meeting will begin at 3pm in Visions in the student center.  Please
be there on time.  If you are in contact with any other group(s) or
student(s) who plan to participate in the festival please forward this
information to these contacts.  

 

The deadline to sign up for the festival talent/fashion show or to
reserve a display/food table is this Friday, March 9.   Email your table
registration form to John_Jones at tamu-commerce.edu and your
talent/fashion show registration to Brenda_Brand at tamu-commerce.edu.  

 

Also, as of today I have only had four flags reserved for the parade of
flags beginning at 11am and we have over 50 countries represented at
A&M-Commerce.  The deadline to reserve your country's flag for the
parade of flags is also this Friday, March 9.  To reserve your country's
flag for the parade of flags email John_Jones at tamu-commerce.edu.  Flag
reservation is on a first come basis.
