Just a reminder, F-1 international students are not allowed to work
off-campus without prior approval by an international advisor at the
ISSO and/or U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
Unauthorized off-campus employment is a violation of your visa status
and your ability to remain in the U.S. will be in jeopardy.
Generally, any F-1 international student who has been authorized to work
off-campus will have this authorization on the last page of the I-20 or
he/she will have a valid Employment Authorization Document (EAD). If
you do not have any authorization then you are not allowed to work
off-campus. If you have any questions or concerns contact the ISSO.
