[Intl-stu] Trip to Mesquite Rodeo

[International Students]

The ISSO is sponsoring a trip to the Mesquite Championship Rodeo (MCR)
in Mesquite, TX on July 29, 2011 at 7:30pm for international students
and their family members. The MCR is Texas' premier western family
attraction and a great opportunity to experience Texas culture. The MCR
strives to provide an exciting place where children and adults can be
safe and still get close to the action: crazy clowns, brave cowboys,
talented cowgirls, fast horses, and big bulls. Please go to
http://www.mesquiteprorodeo.com for more information.

The cost of the trip is $20 which will include transportation and a
ticket for the rodeo and is non-refundable once you sign up. To reserve
your seat please come to the ISSO in person (no emails or phone calls)
to sign up and pay your $20 trip fee (cash or money order ONLY).
Deadline to sign up is Tuesday, July 26 by 5pm.

A minimum of 18 students will need to sign up and there will be limited
seating so please sign up as soon as possible. Food and refreshments
are available for purchase at the MCR but there may be limited options
for students with special dietary need so please plan accordingly.

The shuttles will depart from the parking lot by the Performing Arts
Center (PAC) at 5:30pm SHARP. Please arrive no later than 5:15pm to
check-in and load up. DO NOT ARRIVE LATE OR YOU MAY BE LEFT! Students
and family members that ride on the shuttle are required to return to
Commerce after the rodeo and failure to do so will result in a monetary
penalty.

For a map of campus map please go to
