[Intl-stu] parade of flags for Multicultural Festival

[International Students]

This is a reminder that we need students to carry the flag for their
country for the opening ceremony of the Multicultural Festival on April
10.  The time commitment will be from 10:30 to no later than noon and
the ISSO will provide a letter for your professors if you have classes
scheduled during that time.  So far we have students from Canada, India,
and Vietnam who have committed to carry their country's flag.    

 

If you would like to carry your flag please email your full name and
CWID# to john_jones at tamu-commerce.edu by Friday, March 13 to allow time
to order any flags we may not have available.  

 

Also, if you would like to set up a display table to share information
about your country or serve food native to your country please contact
me at the above email or come by the ISSO in BA350 to pick up a
registration form.  The deadline for registering for a display table or
food table is March 27, 2009 at 5pm.
