[Intl-stu] orientation

[International Students]

The international office still needs volunteers for the international
orientation.  We need 5 students to assist on Wednesday, January 14, at
3pm with carrying over the orientation supplies. This will take about an
hour or so and we need you there at 3pm.  For Thursday, January 15, we
need a few more volunteers from 8:30-12 and specifically we will need a
few students available from 12-1 to assist with directing students to
the proper offices on campus.  Anyone interested in volunteering may
reply to this email for more information.  

 

Also, please be sure to encourage any new international students for the
Spring to attend an early check-in session with the ISSO.  This has been
provided to avoid the necessity of going through final check-in the
afternoon of orientation.  We will check-in students today from 10-12
and from 2-4 and Wednesday from 9-12 only at the ISSO in BA 350.  We
strongly recommend students to attend early check-in.  Thanks
