Graduate Faculty/Staff:
Virtual Conference Funding for Graduate Students is now available and provides funding for Graduate Students attending virtual conferences or workshops in the Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 semesters. A maximum of $100 is available per graduate student over the Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 semesters
How it Works:
A faculty/staff member will use his/her University ProCard to pay for the student(s) registration fee. Once the Graduate Student Virtual Conference Funding Request Form<http://www.tamuc.edu/academics/graduateSchool/funding/GradstudentVirtualConf.aspx> is form is received, the Graduate School will review the request and the faculty/staff member submitting the form will receive an email that includes student(s) who have been approved for funding, the amount approved per student, and the Graduate School's account number to be used to pay the University ProCard charges for approved registration fee(s).
Eligibility:
* Faculty/staff member will recommend student(s) for funding by completing and submitting the request form<http://www.tamuc.edu/academics/graduateSchool/funding/GradstudentVirtualConf.aspx>.
* Each student listed on the request form must:
o be currently enrolled in a minimum of three (3) graduate semester credit hours
o be admitted to a graduate program at A&M-Commerce, and
o be attending a professional conference or workshop
