[COSEAfaculty] Strategic Plan - condensed version

Good afternoon:

 

As you heard at our spring meeting the CoSEA Strategic Plan is posted on the faculty resource page at:

To make it a bit more digestible, I have attached a condensed version in which it all fits on one page.

 

A lot of the items relate to the budgeting process and we are right in the middle of annual event now. Please look over the strategic objectives which affect you and get your suggestions to your department head by Friday of this week.

 

As part of that BRDC process we have also been instructed to prepare for the possibility of a 1% reallocation. For the entire college that will amount to about $68,000. So if you have ideas on ways we could save some monies, or shift student-related expenses over to the IE fees, please get with your colleagues and department head to discuss and make recommendations.
