[COSEAfaculty] McFarland dedication

[Grady P Blount]

Good Monday and welcome back!

This Friday afternoon at 1:30 the university will formally dedicate the Science Building in honor of our immediate past president, Keith McFarland. I strongly urge you to attend and give us a good crowd. For those of you new to campus, a nice bio of Dr. McFarland’s tenure can be found here:

President Jones has asked that I speak for a few minutes on behalf of CoSEA. This will be much more relevant if I can provide some personal anecdotes connecting McFarland to what eventually turned in to our new college. If you have any telling tales, tall tales, or tantalizing tidbits, please forward them over to me for inclusion.

See you there on Friday!

-Grady
