Good afternoon:

I ran the numbers 4 times to make sure I wasn't missing some nuance. We
had 32 voters casting 89 total votes for first, second, and third
choices on the CoSEA mission. 
I had to go four levels deep into the "instant runoff" before hitting a
straight up 16 to 16 tie.

The remaining choices are hereby submitted for a final runoff vote.
Please respond to lisa_rabe at tamuc.edu with your choice by 5 PM on
Thursday, 2/23rd.
