> Greetings:
>
> There are two major developments on the TAMU-Commerce
> website; one of which requires your input:
>
> 1) Effective immediately, the main URL for the university
> is www.tamuc.edu. The old www.tamu-commerce.edu URL is
> still working for now, but it will become non- functional
> in exactly 10 months. Please make arrangements to phase
> out any references to the old URL.
>
> 2) E-mail addresses will also be changed, but not until we
> settle on a new naming protocol. The president has asked
> that we all vote on one of the following options:
>
> A) first_last at tamuc.edu
> B) first.lat at tamuc.edu
> C) firstlast at tamuc.edu
> D) lastfirst at tamuc.edu
>
> As you are well-aware, option "A" causes numerous problems
> because the underscore between first and last names gets
> hidden in underlined hyperlinks. If you would like to make
> comments (on this or any other topic) to the faculty list,
> just click "reply all" to this message or send a note to
> coseafaculty at tamu-commerce.edu.
>
> Either way, please send your vote to Lisa Rabe by the end
> of this week.

> Many thanks, Grady
