[CMSusers] CV's, Syllabi's and Vitae's

Greeting,

 

All of you are aware there has been technical issues with Cascade and we
appreciate your patience. 

 

Some of you are responsible for posting CV's, Syllabi's and Vitae's and
are know that yesterday was our seventh class day. This means many of
you were verifying if all CV's, Syllabi's and Vitae's for your
department were posted and some of you found some did not post. Since we
were notified of this issue we are asking you to take a moment this
morning to verify that all CV's, Syllabi's and Vitae's for your
department posted. If you find that any CV's, Syllabi's, or Vitae's did
not post please do the following:

 

1.       Send an email to helpdesk at tamuc.edu as high priority

2.       Indicate in the body of the email what name of the file and
type (CV, Syllabi or Vitae) did not post

3.       Name of Professor 

4.       Ask that the IR ticket be assigned to App Dev team as high
priority

 

I have notified the App Dev team and help desk this is a high priority.

 

Please let me know if you have any questions regarding CV's, Syllabi's
and Vitae's.
