While reviewing the files within ACADEM/academics/cvSyllabi/syllabi/201520, I noticed there were duplicate files. If there is a number '1' at the end of the CRN file, this is a duplicate file.

Within the Syllabi Term folder verify that your document has 5 numbers. If your file has 6 CRN numbers then select the file that has a number '1' at the end of the CRN number as shown below and follow the instructions.

1. Select the file that is incorrect and select Delete by pointing to the right of the selected file and click on the upside arrow OR click on More tab then Delete tab.

2. Check the Un-published Content

3. Click on Submit

4. Click on Publish

5. Click on Submit

NOTE: CITE will be updating the CV & Syllabi folder by 4pm, Friday, 12/5, so that you may verify that the files have been published or duplicate files have been unpublished instead of waiting until the next day to verify. Please check within the Schedule of Classes<http://appsprod.tamuc.edu/Schedule/Schedule.aspx> and Faculty Curriculum Vitae<http://www.tamuc.edu/academics/cvSyllabi/cv/default.aspx>.

Please let me know if you have any questions or need assistance.

Lydia
