[CBW_Exec] March Planning!

Hi Everyone,

I'm sending along 6 items for your consideration:


1. Please find attached a draft of the program for CBW. Please let me know what you think. If we're happy with it, then I'll go ahead and post it on the CBW website and Facebook page!


2. Also, we have a unanimous vote for a Wednesday evening exec board meeting. So, we'll plan to grab dinner and bring it back to our room and have our meeting there. We'll probably go long, so plan on some coffee!


3. How do you feel about recording the Keynote talk, the Race roundtable, and the publishing roundtable and streaming them in a Google hangout?

4. How are you doing with your small groups? We'll have a check in at the meeting. Let Sugie and me know if there are any items/issues/etc. to discuss.


5. Can you please send me any items you have for the agenda?


6. My thanks to Bob, Lynn, and Michelle for reading the travel award applications. We read the applications blind, with all identifying information removed. I'm pleased to announce that Susan Bernstein is the recipient of this year's award.
