Hi Shannon,

GREAT question. We certainly could move in that direction. Hannah and I had thought about us working as a board to read through the nominations & select people. But, I'm not opposed to including others.

What do you all think?

I love this!! What a great way to move these conversations forward!

I think the form requests exactly the sort of info that would be most helpful in determining EB membership.

Will CBW in general be voting on selected nominees?

See draft below and see if you have any comments. Please let us know by week's end (Feb 17) as we would like to send this out to the list next week, looking for nominations and self-nominations. (This would be a nice readable form format; it is pasted in here for ease of access).
