[CBW_Exec] Need Your Input on 3 Items

Hi everybody:

I had asked Shannon to take me off the CBW board once I started editing
College English. That's now begun, so I'm regretfully resigning my seat on
the board, just to keep myself from being over-committed. I hope all have a
great meeting in STL this year, and continue your very valuable work.
