[CBW_Exec] CBW Workshop (program, discussion guide)

Hi Shannon:

I think both documents look really good. On the CBW outline/details, I would
go back and recast Steve Lamos' bio. I think right now it's in a form from
when you were arguing for him as a featured speaker (like "Consider his book
project. . ."). So, it should be an easy fix to just turn that into straight
bio language.
