Hi Shannon:<br><br>I think both documents look really good. On the CBW outline/details, I would go back and recast Steve Lamos' bio. I think right now it's in a form from when you were arguing for him as a featured speaker (like "Consider his book project. . ."). So, it should be an easy fix to just turn that into straight bio language.<br>

Please find the latest version of the CBW program and discussion guide. What I'm thinking is that we can try to spend the day (as CBW EB) guiding membership through conversations toward *concrete* recommendations for CBW, especially the mission statement. We can sort through these recommendations when we meet but also throughout the year.<br>

This is my last CBW as co-chair, so I'm especially eager to see what happens with this. :)<br>
<br>
Let me know what you think and please tell me about any changes I need to make. If possible, I'd like for us to begin circulating this this week. I'll share with the presenters next.<br>

Hannah and Liz are graciously working to create an agenda for our meeting. We have a draft and are going through minutes from last year to see where we are with those action items brought forward then.<br>
<br>
It does sound like we'll need to shoot for Wednesday after workshop, which means several folks won't be able to attend.<br>
<br>
But I'll be there until Sunday, so I would welcome an opportunity to follow up with folks. Let me know. I can bring it to the EB.<br>
