[CBW_Exec] PLEASE READ BEFORE CCCC MEETING!

PROBLEM: I had no idea I was supposed to be doing anything beyond what we dicussed at Executive Board meeting, which I understood was for me to compile the statements to be read at meeting this morning. I have done that (see below)
 
 I do NOT have the Resolution we signed at Thursday's SIG (nor have I seen since I signed it Thursday. I had no idea Bill did not have it to photocopy in triplicate to take to meeting at 8:00)
 
I learned only at midnight last night (from Bill's email) that Bill did not have the necessary papers and that he assumed I had those papers. 
 
I do NOT have those papers, which I explained in yesterday's email about twenty minutes after Bill sent his midnight query regarding documents. 
 
SOLUTION: In next few minutes, I will go to Business Center and make three copies of Resolution based on email version (ONLY the resolution, as I do not have the signatures gathered during SIG, as explained above). I will also make two copies of additional statements to be read from . . . 
 
1. Bruce Horner (Carter will read)
2. David Barthomae (Who will read?)
3. Rebecca Mylanarcyk (Who will read?)
4. Susan Bernstein (Who will read?)
 
Sugie, as I understand it, will bring email list of sigs gathered from CBW-L. I appreciate that!
 
I will show up at 7:45. I would truly apprecite it if others could show up then so we can figure out the answer to the problem stated above. I do not want to lose momentum on this.
