<DIV dir=ltr>I learned only at midnight last night (from Bill's email) that Bill did not have the necessary papers and that he assumed I had those papers. </DIV>

<DIV dir=ltr>I do NOT have those papers, which I explained in yesterday's email about twenty minutes after Bill sent his midnight query regarding documents. </DIV>

<DIV dir=ltr><STRONG>SOLUTION:</STRONG> In next few minutes, I will go to Business Center and make three copies of Resolution based on email version (ONLY the resolution, as I do not have the signatures gathered during SIG, as explained above). I will also make two copies of additional statements to be read from . . . </DIV>
