Wow! I can't believe the response we got! This is a definite point-of-note for future CBWs. There's clearly strong interest out there. I'm assuming (should I? Not sure) that we can't accept them all, so I've put my top 5 in order:
1. SUNY New Paltz
2. Delaware
3. Purdue Calamet
4. Henry Ford
5. Dubuque
My criteria were: how much of an impact the program had, how much might be replicable/speak to conditions elsewhere, how this extends the conversation of BW. Happy to revisit both recommendations and how I arrived at my rankings. (They are not firm! Just getting us started!)
Also, Barbara, I think you should invite Leslie Norris to submit to BWe.

Thanks, everyone, for your quick replies and generosity! We know this is an incredibly busy time, so Hannah and I are all the more grateful to you.
I have down as potential reviewers . . .
-Susan
-Liz
-Barbara
-Greg
-Allen
Sarah also threw in her hat, if we end up needing more ("sorely needed," right Sarah?)
Still room for more reviewers so keep those offers coming!
Here's a plan:
1. I'll send another email to the reviewers above so they can get started, with a potential turnaround time of Wednesday of next week.
2. With your reading, we are just looking for a list of those we should absolutely accept and perhaps a list of those we should really try not to accept.
If you have the time/inclination, we'd also love to hear which of the two presentation formats you'd like to see each accepted presentation participate in:
(a) Panel Presentation (audience, entire workshop--morning session, afternoon session)
(b) Roundtable Presentation (audience, much smaller group selecting that particular roundtable presentation)
Both of the two above will feature short (8-10 min) presentations, followed by discussion. We'd like to limit the Morning and Afternoon Panel Sessions to no more than Four presenters. We can offer as many roundtables as we'd like since those will run concurrently.
3. Send those evaluations to me (and Hannah) by Wednesday of next week.
4. We'll get notifications out soon after, and continue working with graduate students and one another to place accepted presenters on program for CBW 2011.
Thanks!
Shannon
