[CBW_Exec] CCCC 2011 planning (CFP and Schedule)

Hi Shannon, Hannah, and others,

I would be honored to present about the future of basic writing at next
year's CBW workshop and hope that Mary Soliday will also be available.

I think the CFP looks good and can see how much work and collaboration have
gone into creating it. Editor that I am, I found a few typos, which I marked
using Track Changes, so I'll attach the draft with these comments.

One typo involves the tricky spelling of my last name: Mlynarczyk
