[CBW_Exec] CCCC 2011 planning (CFP and Schedule)

Hi, all--

Attached, please find two documents for your review: (1) the CFP, which I¹d
love for us to begin circulating in the next couple of days (I¹ve added your
recommended changes and would love for you to give it another close read
before we start sending it out); (2) a rough schedule for the workshop
itself (not yet a proposal but will be soon).

Proposal deadline: May 7

A few questions: 

1. We¹d like to invite Rebecca Mylanarcik and Mary Soliday to open the event
(see rough schedule). We definitely need a speaker or two who can help us
situate the 2011 conversations within the history and future of BW.

Rebecca: Are you available? Interested?

Sugie: Do you think Mary might be available and interested in this? Kicking
off our day in keynoter position? Would you mind asking?

Kelly Ritter¹s Before Shaughnessy is another fine work that helps move that
conversation along, but she¹s in meetings with CCCC EB all day. She¹s
generously offered to slip out to address our group after lunch, which
sounds most excellent to us (again, check out schedule)

2. Can you do a close edit of the CFP and let me know if it is ready to
circulate?
