[CBW_Exec] CBW 2011 Planning

As one aspect of this process I'm wondering if the CBW might develop a white paper on the already
huge and growing readiness gap between high school and college and invite Arne Duncan's response
to the white paper. More testing is not the answer as has been demonstrated by NCLB and the
country's response to it. Somehow we need to reach those in power who have been played for
fools by the testing industry, especially where writing is concerned.

I've been reading the conversation(s) and am reminded again of my loss in not
attending C's this year. This panel sounds fantastic and would be well attended,
I believe. kb
