Shannon, yes, I just temporarily forgot, and please know that you
commitment is evident in all that you do.

We do have a list of 21 participants and probably more by now, and if
enough board members are not able to do the four different sessions,
asking participants would be great.

Thanks, all. kb

> Alas, as you may recall (I hope!), I am also facilitating another CCCC
> Workshop that day. So much fabulous stuff going on concurrently at this
> conference every year! But I am absolutely committed to basic writing and
> will be there after this one.
>
> It's a great idea to get some reviews of this important workshop for BWe.
> That way folks who couldn't participate this year can get some information
> from it (and know what a great meeting they/we missed!). Do we have a list
> of registered participants and contact information? Can we invite them to
> review? For the other workshop I'm involved in this year, we had some
> materials we wanted our participants to have beforehand, including a
> revised
> agenda and a long document describing the various approaches of the
> presenters.
>
> Perhaps we could send a welcome to the participants already registered,
> and
> ask them if they might consider reviewing one or more of the CBW sessions
> for publication in the next issue of BWe? Or you may have already done
> that.
> Just throwing it out there.

> Orleans
>
> Good morning, all. I'm copying and pasting and also attaching our latest
> set of bylaws, which include co-chair and board member duties, as well as
> CBW organizational info. I'll bring some copies of these with me, in case
> they don't make it through electronically. I'd also propose that they be
> added to the CBW website, as an informational item for members and for
> prospective board members.
>
> If you all see changes that could help make these more clear or concise,
> please keep them in mind for a VERY brief discussion at the meeting (as in
> two minutes and it's done!). I'll be sending a final agenda today.
>
> So far only Alan has agreed to review a session from the CBW precon, so
> others of you who will be there, please volunteer! Peter is chairing
> another precon, Marcia's not coming that early, Sarah and Barbara aren't
> able to attend this year, and I'm not sure about others. Thanks. kb
