[BSW] FW: COVID 19 survey

You are invited to take part in a study conducted by Dr. LaVelle Hendricks, Texas A&M University Commerce, Department of Counseling and Dr. Joyce Miller, Texas A&M University Commerce, Department of Curriculum and Instruction. The main aim of this study is understanding the impact of COVID-19 on College Students.
The total time needed to complete this survey is 5 minutes.  At the end of the survey, you are asked to provide demographic information which will be treated with all privacy and confidentiality considerations.
The information collected through this study does not have any diagnostic purpose, and the data will be treated as group data.  All data are anonymous and emails will not be collected.  Moreover, you are assured that it is your right to stop your participation in the completion of the survey at any time without the necessity of explaining or the risk of penalty. If you choose to stop during the survey, your information will not be used.
