Altra Care Consultants is hiring for PRN Medical Social Workers

Requirements:

LBSW with at least one year experience in healthcare setting

   Or 

Master Social Worker  

Must have excellent documentation

Experience with writing medical assessments (preferred)

Knowledge on Medicare and Medicaid laws

Excellent Communication Skills

Willingness to travel for patients since we service multiple home health
agencies throughout the metroplex (reimbursement fees provided)
