<div style="margin-top:12pt;margin-bottom:12pt;">ETAMU’s <i>Foundations for Your Future</i> Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) reflects an audacious and ambitious idea: to ensure that every undergraduate student has an opportunity to engage in relevant, career-connected
learning that helps them see not only where they are headed but how to get there.  The QEP Faculty Director will play a central role in bringing this vision to life by working across colleges and units to advance career-relevant high-impact practices, strengthen
reflective learning, and support a connected student experience from the first year through graduation.</div>
<div style="margin-top:12pt;margin-bottom:12pt;">The Director will collaborate with colleagues across Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, and other campus partners to guide implementation, support faculty innovation, and help communicate the impact of this work
on student learning and success.</div>
<div style="margin-top:12pt;margin-bottom:12pt;">The position includes a 4/4 course release to the academic unit and a summer stipend. Applicants must be tenured or otherwise hold a full-time, permanent faculty appointment at East Texas A&M University. <b>Review
