<p class="MsoNormal">The Presidential GAR program was to be funded for 4-years, FY20, FY21, FY22, and FY23.  However due to COVID, the program is being extended through FY24 but this will be the final year for the program in its current format.  Attached is
 the application, which has been revised from what was used in the past, which has a submission
<b>deadline of March 10, 2023</b>.  Announcements of the awards will be made no later than March 27, 2023.<o:p></o:p></p>
