<span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">As I find myself preparing for our Spring Commencement ceremonies, I would like to take just a minute to say thank you for your tireless efforts in transforming the lives of our students.
 Although the past few years have produced enormous challenges for all of you, we are graduating nearly 1,700 students this semester. This is an impressive and tangible testament to your engagement, knowledge, creativity, and perseverance. Although it often
 goes unsaid, I want you to know that we see you. We recognize your accomplishment and your dedication in serving our students and your commitment to our university. We appreciate all that you do to help our students build the foundation for achieving their
 dreams. So, as I prepare to watch the fruits of your labor cross the stage soon, I want to offer a sincere Thank You!</span></p>
