<p class="MsoNormal">For Spring 2022 semester, Zoom will be the synchronous meeting tool available in myLeo Online D2L course shells.  We have enabled Zoom in the course-level navigation bar for fully-online and blended courses.

<p class="MsoNormal">We have worked with vendors to temporarily <b>extend access</b>
<b>to <i><u>existing</u></i></b> YouSeeU recordings through the end of the spring semester in May 2022.  This is a change from the previous cut-off date at the end of January.

<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Please <b>do not use</b> YouSeeU for synchronous meetings or to create any new lecture recordings.  Use Zoom for synchronous online class meetings, and Panopto or Camtasia for recording video lectures.  We will continue to offer multiple
 training sessions throughout the spring semester covering how these tools work in D2L as well as best practices for creating video content.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">It is important that faculty review existing YouSeeU recordings to back-up and/or covert to a different format prior to the end of May 2022.
