<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#6888C9">To protect university resources, to help prevent Phishing attacks and stay in compliance with information security requirements. This will allow you to send emails believed to be malicious to the helpdesk for
further review. </span><o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">What you need to do: </span></b><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#6888C9">Restart Outlook after scheduled time.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#6888C9"> </span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#6888C9">Once you have restarted outlook the “PhishAlert” button will be available, if you have an email that is suspicious all you need to do is click on the email then the “PhishAlert” button , you will receive a confirmation
message asking you to confirm before sending. Once complete a Helpdesk Email will be sent to you with a ticket number, and a Helpdesk Team member will be in Contact with you to further address.
