<p class="MsoNormal">Earlier today, a bug was identified in one of our databases that monitors the COVID-19 training submissions. As a result, some student D2L accounts were inadvertently  deactivated.  Various support offices swiftly started to address calls,
 emails, and service tickets and began reactivating right away. Additionally, a patch fix was developed and implemented at approximately 4:40 pm (1/11/20). This fix has resolved the issue. If any student is still experiencing difficulties accessing D2L, please
 contact <a href="mailto:Helpdesk@tamuc.edu">Helpdesk@tamuc.edu</a>.  The student will be asked to provide the email verifying they took the COVID-19 Training. Once verified, they will be reactivated.  <o:p></o:p></p>
