<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black">1.) Each faculty member needs to report midterm grades for all courses in MyLeo.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black">2. Each faculty member needs to report ALL midterm grades—even the good ones—in MyLeo.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black">3.) The deadline has been extended to next
<b>Wednesday, March 25</b>.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black">4.) If you are still in the process of catching up and getting online, report the grade as it was before spring break.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="color:black">WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?</span></b><span style="color:black"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black">1.) We need updated information on student progress to assess steps we need to take for outreach by student support staff.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black">2.) Students need to know where they stand. That way they can make informed decisions about sticking with it or dropping.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black">3.) The drop and withdrawal deadlines have been moved back to the end of April. This is an emergency measure for spring. This allows time for outreach and support, but it also prevents students making hasty
decisions about continuing in a course.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
