<p class="MsoNormal">There is currently a problem with the Text Submission Assignment Type and TurnItIn in D2L that results in inflated similarity report scores. D2L and TurnItIn technicians are working on the issue, but for the time being, if you need to run
TurnItIn on an assignment please have the folder set up as a File submission type. You can do this when creating a new assignment submission folder – just select “File” from the drop-down menu under the name.
