<p class="MsoPlainText">At the consent of the Texas A&M University-Commerce Office of Procurement, I share the following information:<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="color:#00B050">The University has sent a letter of intent to enter into an agreement with
<b>D2L Brightspace</b> for the Learning Management System for our University. This is contingent upon the approval of all contractual documents and execution by both parties. Our University intends on having a finalized agreement after the new year. Many
times the review and approval of these documents can be very lengthy, however, the University is hopeful to have something in place early in 2017.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText">The CFEI looks forward to supporting the University and our faculty with this LMS transition. We will continue to do our best to collaborate and communicate with you, your Department Head, and College Dean throughout this important project.
