<a href="http://www2.ed.gov/programs/tqpartnership/index.html" target="_blank">Teacher Quality Partnership</a> (TQP) solicitation is available. Please see the announcement
<a href="http://www.grants.gov/view-opportunity.html?oppId=284055">here</a>. ED strongly suggests that potential applicants complete the notice of intent
<a href="https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/tqpfy16">form</a> by June 22, 2016. Applications are due
<b><span style="color:red">July 7, 2016</span></b>. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">In FY 16, $5 million is available for up to five awards. ED is particularly interested in TQP applications that propose
to serve rural and/or tribal communities. In addition to two absolute priorities (applicants must address at least one), there is one competitive preference priority (worth up to 15 points) and one invitational priority. While the latter two priorities are
optional, GRC strongly recommends that applicants address the competitive preference priority to be in the top tier pool of applicants.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
