</b>has limited funds to support research assistants (Graduate Assistants-Research - GARs) for master and doctoral students who are in the beginning stage of their thesis or dissertation.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">Research Assistants (GARs) will work under the supervision of their faculty mentor on their research project
during the summer. Research Assistants who receive these funds must benefit from their work experience in that they make significant advancement toward their degree<span style="color:#1F497D">s</span> and are better prepared for their professional careers.
